TEKO, operated by BM GROUP SHPK in Mullet, Tirana, uses only the information needed to answer your parts request, protect the service and measure the website when you give analytics consent.
Information we may receive
- Your name, phone number, city and delivery preference.
- For an online order: your email, order reference, item, amount and verified POK payment status. TEKO does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
- Vehicle model, year, engine, VIN or part code and the part description you submit.
- Campaign, device, country and website-use data only after analytics consent. The admin dashboard does not display raw IP addresses.
Why we use it
We use request data to reply, check stock and compatibility clues, coordinate a possible purchase and protect the service from abuse. Consent-based analytics help us understand which pages and campaigns are useful.
Services involved
POK processes online card payments and 3-D Secure under its own payment and privacy terms. TEKO receives the order and payment result needed to fulfil the purchase, not the full card details. When you choose WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps or another external service, that provider's own privacy terms apply. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. Website data is stored with our secure hosting providers.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only for as long as needed for the request, legitimate business records, security and applicable legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion by calling or messaging the public TEKO number. You can change the analytics choice through Cookie settings on the home page.
