Sales, compatibility and returns
Most TEKO stock consists of original used Mercedes-Benz components. Items with a displayed price can be reserved and paid online for pickup; for every other request, TEKO confirms the exact part, visible condition, availability and total before payment.
Stock, condition and price
Online stock can change quickly. Each published item shows its current stock and known condition. If a monetary price is not displayed, TEKO confirms the current price and total payable amount in writing before payment. A card charge is initiated only after you review the order and submit the secure POK payment form.
Compatibility must be checked
- Send the full VIN whenever possible.
- Send the code printed on the original part and clear photos.
- Confirm the model, chassis code, production year and engine.
- Do not install the part until the agreed identifying details have been checked.
Pickup, delivery and payment
Online card payment through POK is currently available for free pickup in Mullet, Tirana. POK handles card details and 3-D Secure; TEKO does not receive or store the full card number. If delivery is required, contact TEKO before paying so availability and delivery cost can be confirmed. Call before visiting so the part can be rechecked and prepared.
Problems, exchanges and returns
If the supplied item is not the agreed item or is damaged in transit, contact TEKO promptly before installation and send clear photos. Any voluntary exchange, return or commercial warranty is confirmed in writing for the specific purchase. When a card refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method; bank and payment-provider processing times may apply. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under Albanian law.
